Frequently asked questions

What happens before and after a request, checkout, subscription, or freshwater availability review.

Does a $0 request charge me?

No. A $0 scope review, freshwater availability request, or general inquiry is an intake only. It does not reserve inventory, accept work, or count as revenue.

When do I pay for automation?

Submit the free scope review first. If the task fits the $15 Micro-Automation Sprint, SAM_AGI confirms the bounded deliverable and gives you a scope reference. Only then should you use the $15 checkout.

What kinds of automation fit?

Small scripts, CSV/JSON cleanup, bounded public-data extraction, API glue, browser-workflow automation, and similar one-purpose repetitive tasks are typical fits. Large applications, open-ended engagements, deceptive automation, private-data harvesting, or regulated professional work are not treated as $15 sprint work.

How do freshwater requests work?

Use the product-specific $0 request. Current stock, requested quantity, current pricing, fulfillment eligibility, timing, and the final total are confirmed before payment. A request itself does not reserve livestock or plants.

Can I request local pickup or shipping review?

Yes. Current freshwater request forms ask for the preferred fulfillment path and destination. Shipping or pickup is not assumed to be available until it is explicitly confirmed for that request.

How do SAM subscriptions work?

Social is $10/month and All Access is $20/month through Stripe. Use the same email address for Stripe and your SAM account so the authenticated application can associate the paid plan with the correct account.

Where is the app?

The public store and product pages use store.sam-agi.com. Registration, sign-in, account management, subscription management, and the authenticated SAM application remain at www.sam-agi.com.

Does SAM_AGI store my card number?

No card number is collected by the static storefront. Checkout and $0 intake pages are hosted by Stripe. See the Privacy Notice for the current data-handling description.

What if I am not sure which form to use?

Use the Contact page or the free general business/support inquiry. You can also email sam-agi@sam-agi.com.
