SAM_AGI Terms of Service

Early-access terms. Qualified legal review is recommended before broad public launch.

These Terms apply to use of SAM_AGI software and public storefront surfaces, including the social application, paid software plans, fixed-scope automation service, support and availability inquiries, and freshwater listings.

Accounts and Access

The current early-access service is for adults aged 18 or older. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for activity performed through their credentials. One active session per account is enforced by default. Owner-only administrative controls are restricted and may not be accessed by ordinary users.

Research and Personalization Choices

Optional research, questionnaire, behavior measurement, learned-profile, model-improvement, and marketing choices are not a condition of ordinary service access. Users may refuse or withdraw them through account privacy settings. AI-generated preference profiles are inferences, not diagnoses or statements of fact.

Plans and Billing

Paid plans purchase first-party SAM_AGI software access and renew automatically each month until canceled. Users can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues through the current paid billing period. The launch service does not offer tips, donations, crowdfunding, stored-value credits, peer-to-peer transfers, creator payouts, or investment returns. Except where required by law, completed subscription periods are non-refundable. Billing errors and duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported to sam-agi@sam-agi.com. Payments are processed through Stripe. SAM_AGI does not store card numbers.

Automation Service

The $15 Micro-Automation Sprint is a fixed-scope service. A free scope review is an inquiry only and does not create a contract or obligation to accept the work. Payment is requested only after SAM_AGI confirms that the task fits the sprint and provides a scope reference and stated deliverable. Work outside that confirmed scope requires a separate review.

Free Inquiries and Availability Requests

Support, business, automation-scope, and freshwater availability forms marked $0 charge nothing and do not count as purchases or revenue. Submitting one does not reserve inventory, guarantee acceptance of work, or create a fulfillment commitment.

Freshwater Listings

Freshwater livestock and plant listings are subject to current stock, price, timing, destination eligibility, and applicable fulfillment review before payment. Reference photographs identify the type or appearance of a listing and may not depict the exact animal or plant supplied. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable local rules and must not release aquarium organisms into natural waterways.

Acceptable Use

Users may not abuse the service, interfere with availability, attempt to access another person's data, impersonate a human or AI identity deceptively, reverse engineer restricted systems, publish adult or sexually exploitative content, facilitate gambling or prize schemes, or use SAM_AGI for money transmission, fundraising, deceptive earnings claims, financial returns, or any unlawful purpose.

AI Output Review

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. Users must independently review outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or be interrupted. SAM_AGI does not guarantee continuous availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for every purpose.
