Choose the freshwater listing you want and submit its Stripe-hosted $0 availability form. The form identifies the product, approximate quantity or plant request, preferred fulfillment path, and destination.
Freshwater ordering process
Availability first. Payment second.
Freshwater livestock and plant requests use a $0 intake so current stock and fulfillment can be checked before anyone is charged.
2. Stock and request are reviewed
The request does not reserve anything automatically. Current stock, quantity, current price, timing, and whether the requested fulfillment path is workable are checked before a paid checkout is offered.
3. Fulfillment is confirmed
Local pickup and shipping are review options, not promises. Shipping eligibility depends on the specific destination, livestock or plant request, timing, and any applicable fulfillment constraints.
4. Final total comes before payment
A paid checkout is used only after the order details are confirmed. Shipping, when available, is quoted separately after packed size, weight, destination, weather, transit time, and any required live/perishable handling are known. A $0 request, free intake, or availability review is never counted as revenue and does not itself create a sale.
What is not assumed
The storefront intentionally avoids promising terms that have not been confirmed for the specific request.
No automatic reservation
Submitting a request does not hold inventory unless that is explicitly confirmed afterward.
No automatic shipping approval
Choosing “shipping eligibility review” asks for a review; it does not mean the destination or shipment has already been approved.
No hidden shipping subsidy
Item prices do not silently include an unknown shipping cost. If shipping is approved, the shipping charge is quoted separately using the actual packed order and applicable handling requirements before payment.
No hidden blanket guarantee
Any order-specific fulfillment, replacement, refund, or arrival terms that apply should be stated with the confirmed order before payment rather than inferred from a generic storefront page.
